The limestone is heated by smoke in the pre-heater, pushed into the rotary kiln by hydraulic handspike, after burning, the limestone is decompounded into CaO and CO2 in the rotary kiln, the CaO enters cooling machine, after cooled by the cold air and discharged, through chain conveyor, belt conveyor and bucket elevator enters finished product storehouse. After heat exchange, the hot air enters rotary kiln, mixes and burns the fuel. Waste gas mixed with cold air enters electric dust collector by blower, after dust collecting, enters chimney and exhausted.
